Questions: Does anyone know please ? If you are accepted for emigration to USA , via a line member sponsorship - do yo own to go straight away - or is it in a certain interval of time ? Thanks.

I believe once you have be granted a emigrant Visa (greencard), there is a specific amount of time within which you must enter the US.. It may be based on the type of Visa obtain. When my husband got his greencard packet, we have about a month or 2 to in truth travel into the US for him to be processed through and the green card done.
