Questions:
Are CPAP machines allowed on intra-China airlines as an extra carry-on? This is allowed on US airlines, but China baggage restrictions are said to be much tougher.
best for you to ring up the airlines... before you do, write down the specs of your part...what type of battery it have, if you are planning to plug it in the aircraft's power supply for charging or for use, and if you will be allowed to convey any spare batteries on your being or as carry-on, or as checked-in baggage. i suggest write adjectives your questions. this is remarkably important as you would not want to bring your element only to find out that restrictions will not allow you to use it in-flight.
You must check near each airline you intend to fly as respectively has its own rules.
I found Air China to be accomodating second year on extra baggage I have.
