Questions:
Are planes really safer than cars?
Yes, they hold much less accident than cars and much fewer fatalities. Of course, you are also more feasible to travel in a coup¨¦ and the number of hours in a saloon is significantly higher.
Absolutely yes given the same time and distance traveling.
The old-fashioned adage that the most dangerous part of a set of an airplane trip is the drive to and from the airport still holds true.
I think you are misinterpreting statistics here.
People are more imagined to die in motor crashes than in plane crashes since culture are in their cars a LOT more habitually than they are in planes. Unless you're a pilot, as you would expect. :o)
The prospect of getting in a plane crash is far smaller amount than a car crash. My dad owns a shot; I've never felt worried while flying with him
Airplanes are safer...until terrorist take over :/
Gotta be safer than the channel my gf drives.
YES!. More people die sometime in saloon accidents next in 10 years of flying within planes. Infact in basically the few minutes it took me to write this at least 10 empire have died within a car quirk somewhere in the world.
I'm really sick of reading and finding out how dumb the average entity is. Everybody responds to the "Are planes safer than cars" question by saw there are more death in cars than contained by airplanes. OF COURSE there are not as much of deaths surrounded by airplanes. There are an infinitely greater amount of cars on land around the country than planes surrounded by the air. We obligation some hard notes that proves beyond a reasonable doubt that if here were as oodles planes in the atmosphere per year as cars on the road that fatality rates would be lower on a plane. I can't believe everybody overlooks this explicit logic.
