Eviction

Questions: I was evicted and enjoy been given a $3,000 bill after my apartment complex terminated my lease. Am I liable for paying the cost for breaking a lease if I get evicted? Is this court?

This is why you sign a lease. an understanding and an agreement that both party will abide by. if this is stated in your lease and your signature is on it, yes its time to salary the piper.
