We suffer from annoying noise coming from our neighbours' backyard on everyday argument. Their kids and visitors play basketball for hours. The neighbours ruined to cooperate and do not want to compromise. What can be done to help us within this situation?

the merely thing i can assume of is take it up within courts...tell them that if they dont compromise within some way that here will be a lawful conduct taken...
