Attorneys & Paralegals

Questions: 2. What is a “certified paralegal” and who can certify them?

It could mean abundant things. First, some states offer (or surrounded by some cases require) paralegals to be certified. Second, there are a couple of paralegal associations that allow you to help yourself to a test and remuneration a fee, and later you will be "certified" through the agency. However, this certification have no legal explanation. It is kind of close to lawyers who articulate they are certified by the American bar Association or businesses that claim to be certified by the Better Business Bureau.
