Assault and Battery

Questions: A bunch of girls recently spent a great deal of time beating on another girl. The one and only one getting charged as an adult is the guy who drove her at hand. Does anyone else see a double standard? Why aren't the girls who beat her getting charged as an grown as well?

Since links don't work in the sound out...

This happened not too far from me.

The girls be TAKEN to a Juvi facility... and the man was TAKEN to an developed facility.

They still don't know whether the girls will be tried as adults, but the DA IS pushing for it.

There is a upright reason for this. Namely, the guy be an adult and the girls be not. This has nil to do with sexual category. Answers: That depends on the evidence against each other the defendants and the skill of the attorneys for these defendants. Also, prior conduct of the defendants and the professional ruling of the prosecutor. This may be unfair, but time is not always event. My point being, nearby is most likely a more complex answer to the query than simply a "double standard" or gender bias at work.

Everyone, including the 18 year feeble guy, are being charged near the same crimes. The individual difference is that when the girls were arrested, they be remanded to a juvenile facility (because they are juveniles) and the 18 year old guy be remanded to jail (because he's an adult). The significant thing here to remember is that they adjectives will be prosecuted and tried as adults.

I don't know the details, but from what you've said, it does come across unfair. He be an accomplice (barely) but she's at blame. Is fighting risky now or something?

Because they are lower than 18. The guy is 18. They should be punished as adults, though, in my view. That is just foul! Even if it's true that the girl posted comments on the Internet about them, that is to say not a good cause to beat her up. Unfortunately, their travels are very adjectives. It even happens near people at the academy I go to. Disgusting, really.
