Incarceration

Questions: A security guard saw a man contained by a factory late at darkness and chased him into the nearby university. The culprit was arrested and charged, but so be the guard- for having a gun on the (empty) institution grounds. What are your thoughts?

Why did he chase him? Why didn't he just point the gun at him and threaten to shoot? Answers: I think its wrong that the guard get arrested. He was doing his opening by chasing after a criminal, and if the criminal was armed and/or unsafe, how was the collateral guard supposed to defend himself? They're supposed to convey defensive artillery. Plus, it was unpaid at night, the institution was unoccupied, who could have gotten hurt?

I guess they arrested the warranty guard, because he could have not here the gun on the school grounds, a kid could hold found it and shot themselves, or someone else. I still think solely the criminal should have be arrested.

It's silly that the guard got arrested; the academy was abandon as it was dark time, I assume. PS why did people rate yo down? Points from me- nought wrong with this examine!

In court, adjectives sense will prevail here. the law is built on intent. it be not the security guards intent to violate the carrying a weapon on conservatory grounds. he was performing a project of his employment.

This will be dismissed.

If he was allowed to own a gun I can't understand,at duplicate time being on another property may be the defence why - I'm sure he'll get out of it after they find out the situation
