4 girls come up to my door.I open the door and one girl starts cussing and acted similar to she was going to come at me.I get a gun that i keep beside the door and loaded it and have it pointing at the floor.she told the cops i pointed it at her.what might hapen
Even though the episode is over you should report it to the police so that in attendance is a record of the intimidation. If they come to your door again appointment the cops immediately. Shooting someone should be a concluding resort. Answers: Where do you live? Who are the crazy bee-otches?
Don't open the door to these nuts. They be on your property and you were inside of your house. They come looking for a fight.
Tell your side to the police, you got your gun surrounded by self defense. No one can blame you for that :-)
I think that, once you detail your side, it should be "a wash", (meaning, it appeared they were threatening you, and you grab a weapon to protect yourself). I don't see how there is anyway that you should be within trouble for protecting yourself!
This happened to me once, when I refuse to buy some magazines. The girl go "ballistic", and I actually thought she may sabotage my home or cars, or send some guys fund to jump me contained by my yard! I be EXTREMELY nice and explained that I was dis-abled and broke, but she would enjoy none of THAT, because she pointed out a big, club-cab Dodge Ram truck with a Rhino on a trailer, contained by my driveway, which cost a fortune! I told her it belonged to my daughters fiance, which she didn't believe!
You as you would expect denied everything they accused you of to the Police and made a counter complaint of intimidation against the 4 girls....if so, you own no problem.
i'd unquestionably be watching my back when i'm not contained by the house. now that they know you enjoy a gun and aren't afraid to use it, they may try approaching you from another angle. be wary and be prepared...
Regardless of whether they were guys or girls, if you feel threatened, and you have a charter to own the gun, and it's licensed in your heading, the police should find no fault surrounded by your decision to protect yourself.
