Incarceration

Questions: 1 in every 100 Americans are surrounded by jail. How do you get the impression about this?

Sad

That's what happens when you own a government that cuts after arts school programs and programs to help school it's people.

when they capture locked up for drugs they are just wasting prison space that they could be using for rapist and murders but how is it that if you are contained by a big drug bust you get 800 years within jail and a murder lone get 1 enthusiasm sentence. out goverment they way they lock individuals up is so stupid. you murder you get out surrounded by 30-50 yrs but if you get cought next to a couple of a milling dollars worth of weed your fucked.

I'll convey you this much. Prison is no place to be. I know this 1st hand.

thankful that 99% are not.

Makes me wonder if 1% is giant enough.

1 in every 100 are surrounded by jail. According to the rules, eighty more, of those 100, should be surrounded by jail. For trying pot once. Once. If any of the presidential candidate have ever tried pot, they belong within jail. Again, according to the rules. Eighty. What am I thinking? Ninety-five percent, of U.S. citizens belong down bars.

In California, we passed a bill that required counseling/rehabilitation for drug offenders, but nil came of it. They be supposed to be hospitalized, not jailed.

What I don't get is how can a man who have killed two population manage to get hold of out and kill again?

It make me wonder how many of them are in truth a threat to society (or innocent) and how many of hazardous criminals are walking free because there purely isn't enough room surrounded by jail/prison.

Considering how masses ought to be in penal complex, it makes me want to buy a gun.

Considering how much we're paying for a system that does immensely little to reform prisoners, but surrounded by many cases help to turn them even deeper down the path of the profession criminal, it makes me want to distribute more of them to the chair. (I don't want them surrounded by jail to "pay packet their debt to society", I want jail to benefit society and the individual by in reality leading to correction surrounded by behavior. To the extent that it doesn't, we might as well be bloodshed people for adjectives the worth we promote in their lives. Granted, masses do reform, but I come up with the environment is hardly optimal for that purpose.)

Considering the abuse one hears of occurring within prisons, it's a very depressing statistic indeed.

Considering what they might do if they weren't within prison, I feel grateful, at least possible that I don't have an added 1/100 break of being a target. (Considering many would probable be multiple offenders minus jail to find in their course, 1/100 might be a gross underestimate. Considering the possibility of false convictions and such, such a possibility may not be as bad as adjectives that.)

I infer it's a sad state of affairs... make me wonder if your approach on 'justice' or law and command really works... doesn't seem to stop folks from commiting crimes... the death cost and the like.
Especially the rich who from where on earth i stand can get away near anything (outsiders perspective perhaps)
