What could have be done to avoid the sub-prime financial crisis?
Some of those sub prime lenders shouldn't have given out loans to ancestors who they basically know wouldn't be able to income them back. They should own had law to prevent such practices.
Predatory lending companies, such as Ditech, Capitol One and Lending Tree, should not hold been so handsome with extending credit. Indeed, the concept of sub-prime loans should never enjoy existed in the first place.
