VCR troubleshooting

Questions: A few days ago I purchased a Magnavox 4-Head VCR and when I playback programs that I have record off TV,I achieve a clicking/buzzing noise.When I play pre-recorded tape that I have,at hand is no clicking/buzzing sound during playback.
