Auto heat and cooling systems

Questions: My climate system works fine for A/C, but the heater will not blow hot nouns. When I am driving faster, the air warm up but does not heat up to the point it should, and when I reduction in speed the warmth drops as well. What's wrong?

climate control lever won't swicth to boil.

I can think of two things that could possibly be wrong. Either your thermostat is given up the ghost properly,(ie.not closing) allowing the water to flow through the engine adjectives the time and not reaching the proper temp or the valve to the radiator coil is not opening properly. Usually, on the auto temp types the spout is vacuum controlled and may have a discharge in the vacuum supply or it may be sticking.
I am by no ability and expert, but that is what I would check for first.
